1. Which Internet Browser is recommended for best use with GameDuell?
GameDuell's content is optimized for best results on Internet Explorer. It is possible to use other popular browsers as well, although the use of these browsers can sometimes lead to display problems.
2. Where can I download Macromedia Flash Player?
Playing games at GameDuell requires use of a free software package called Macromedia Flash Player. If you do not have it installed and would like to, please download it here .
3. How do I activate JavaScript elements?

Playing games at GameDuell requires that JavaScript elements are active. To activate JavaScript elements, please follow these instructions:

Internet Explorer

  • Select the menu item "Tools" from the menu bar at the top of your browser.
  • Click on "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the "Security" tab from within the dialog box that appears.
  • Make sure that the "Java" option is activated.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Select "Tools" from the program menu.
  • Click "Options".
  • Select the "Content" Tab.
  • Ensure that "Enable JavaScript" is ticked.
4. Which security level does Internet Explorer need to be set to in order to use GameDuell?

Playing at GameDuell requires that the security level in Internet Explorer be set to medium or low. You can check which level it is set to, by following these steps:

  • Select the menu item "Tools" from the menu bar at the top of your browser.
  • Click on "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the "Security Settings" tab from within the dialog box that appears.
  • The security level for Internet zones must be set to medium or low.
5. Why am I having problems with my firewall?

If your firewall blocks www.gameduell.com please check the settings and preferences. If necessary and applicable, allow access to www.gameduell.com . If you do not know how to adjust your firewall's settings and preferences yourself, please ask your system administrator.
