I moved from the US to Germany 3 years ago. In the beginning I was unsure as to whether I get off to a good start in Germany, but once I began at GameDuell I became more optimistic. I'm happy to have found a job here.

My colleagues are all very friendly and I am glad to get to work with them. It's nothing unusual to go out together after work from time to time. There are a lot of comfortable cafés and bars in Berlin-Mitte where we sometimes grab a drink after work. It's things like this that helps us to maintain a sense of camaraderie even though there are now more than 100 employees and the company is continuing to grow in leaps and bounds.

My duties at GameDuell are diverse. I work in the Community Team and also as a translator. In the future I'll be able to care for even more of our English-speaking members of the GameDuell community. The diversity of my duties ensures that my work never gets boring and that I can best use and develop my personal strengths. I've been given the chance to use my knowledge and add to it. I'm very happy about it all. I think I won't be leaving Berlin so soon after all. :-) back
